I have this book I can’t stop rereading, and I’ll probably keep at it until the universe ends or I kick the bucket—whichever happens first. Just so you know, I’m all about those older romance novels, and this author, Teresa Medeiros, is one of my favorites because of her awesome storytelling style. So give them a shot before you come after me!

Breath of Magic is a Paranormal Romance that weaves historical aspects into the narrative, adding a unique layer of intrigue. Arian Whitewood, an ambitious young Puritan with a knack for witchcraft, fills her solitary evenings with dreams of magic and adventure. However, she finds more adventure than anticipated when she catapults from a witch hunt into the 20th century, landing in the life of Tristan Lennox, a solitary 20th-century billionaire. Arian disrupts Tristan’s carefully regulated world like a gust of magic, only to realize that the charm he casts over her heart is more captivating than any spell.

The witty banter between the characters has provided endless laughter for me over the years! This romance, however, is best suited for adults and those who appreciate the elegance of older English prose, as our protagonist Arian hails from the Puritan era. If you find yourself drawn to a cold, cynical love interest and an innocent, good-natured heroine eager to warm his frosty demeanor, then this captivating novel is an absolute must-read for you. I promise it will leave a lasting impression!
