What makes you feel nostalgic?
It’s fascinating how certain smells and sights can transport us back in time, evoking deep feelings of nostalgia. I find that scents have an even stronger impact on me, especially since my vision isn’t the sharpest. There’s something magical about how the fragrance of a blossoming flower or the aroma of baked goods can instantly bring back cherished memories.
For me, there’s a certain soap that acts like a time machine, whisking me back to my childhood and the vibrant world of an MMORPG called Fiesta. The moment I catch a whiff, I’m transported to the sun-kissed beach where I spent countless hours adventuring and forging friendships with fellow players. I can almost hear their laughter as we strategized and chatted, completely unaware of the giant king crab lurking nearby, waiting to ambush us. Those memories are precious reminders of a simpler time, when the screen was my shield, allowing me to connect with others in a way that felt safe and comforting.
