Do you enjoy your job?

That is a complex question to answer in honesty. I do favor my current job over working in retail. The pay is better, plus there are more options for advancement and perks that come along with it. Flip the coin. However, I find it challenging to learn new skills when everything is done instead of taught to me. For me to retain essential skills, I need practice as well as an appropriate amount of training. Most of the time, I am given less than the allotted amount of training, thrown into deep waters, and expected to backstroke to safety.

Do I enjoy my job?

I appreciate the possibilities my job has to offer, but until I feel there is more support and less of a fend-for-yourself environment, I cannot see myself letting my guard down anytime soon.
