The beach has my heart every time! I have nothing against climbing Japanese mountains; however, this girl prefers sifting her toes in the sand to being hunted by horror hornets on a sacred mountaintop. My fondest memories are spending time with our feet in the water, searching for sand dollars, and picking up creatures we never should have tried to preserve.
